Programmatically designed based on the feedback of those impacted by neurodivergence and informed by an unwavering commitment to social justice, empowerment, and trauma informed care - the p.i.e. approach meets individuals where they are at, in both location and communication.

We provide coaching and counseling supports to individuals who are impacted by mental health issues and non-confirming abilities and/or developmental and intellectual disabilities. We specialize in supporting those impacted by adhd, atypical perceptions, compulsive behaviors, and emotional regulation challenges

We provide trainings and consultation for therapists, local businesses, and non-profits seeking to improve their neuro-accessibility. We prioritize collaboration and accessibility in all of our trainings. We offer custom trainings per request.

Founder Monika, has worked with individuals impacted by atypical neurobiology, dual diagnoses and houselessness for more than a decade. Monika holds an MSW from USC, where she focused on clinical social work and therapeutic intervention. In addition to her professional experience + training;
Monika's work is informed by her personal experience navigating the impacts of atypical neurobiology and brain injury.
